It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Baker Starks (Pittsboro, Mississippi), who passed away on November 3, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her siblings, Jimmy Baker, John Baker, Junior Baker, Glen Baker, Rex Baker, Thelma Middleton, Dorothy Terry, Jean Cannon, Katherine Avant, Alice Spruill and Peggy Baker.

She is survived by : her parents, Winfred Baker and Lavonia Hardin Baker; her husband Larry Starks of Pittsboro; her children, Scott Starks (Julie) of Pittsboro and Angela Starks of Pittsboro; her siblings, Robert Baker (Sarah Jo) of Bruce, Billy Baker (Rhonda) of Houlka and Martha Ruth (A. B.) of Columbus, MS; her grandchildren, Heather Garcia (Stephen), Taylor Castleberry, Karman Starks and Connor Starks; and her great grandchild Maverick Garcia.
