She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bumpus and Cora Denham Bradford; her husband Earlwin Roy "Squirrel" Goolsby; her children, Sheila "Kathy" Kenworthy, Marvin Ray Goolsby and James Mike Goolsby; her siblings, Betty Bradley and Willis Bradford; and her granddaughter Amy Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Thomas, Timmy Goolsby of Pontotoc and Joe Goolsby (Selena) of Pontotoc; her siblings, Blanche Riles (Johnny) of Potts Camp, Eloise Stephens (Steve) of Red Banks, Fred Bradford of New Albany and Jimmy Bradford (Cheryl) of Hickory Flat; her friend Johnny B. Ware (Essie); and her close friend Bo. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren.
