She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Moss and Pearl Griffin Moss of Houlka, MS.; her husbands, Floyce Lee Brassfield and J. W. McCord; her siblings, Wilma Martin, Maudie Crawson, John Moss, Wallace Moss, Lester Moss, Carvis Turney and Waymon Turney; and her granddaughter Jessica Megan Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Christy Brassfield Williams and Jimmy George Brassfield; her sister Pearlene Franks; her grandchildren, Marguerite Hope Williams Melton, Jessica Leigh Brassfield Grooms and Charles Wesley Williams; and her great grandchildren, Brentley Eli Grooms, Olivia Rose Grooms, Charley Pearl Melton and Wesley Aiden Williams. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
