Bowen; his stepfather James "Jimmy" of Washington; his uncle Billy Ray Lindsey of Memphis, TN; his aunts, Betty Sue Tiller and Isabel Hudson; and his stepchildren, Nicole Day, James Garcia, Olivia Garcia and Wayne Rybolt. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
