It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Roye (Pontotoc, Mississippi), who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodger McWhirter and Ina Gilmer McWhirter; her husband Wayne Roye; and her siblings, Robbie Gregory, Pete McWhirter, Joe and Howard Max McWhirter.

She is survived by: her daughter Lea Ann Roye Thomas (Russell) of Tupelo, MS; her brother Nickey McWhirter (Carolyn) of Ecru, MS; and her grandson Brick Thomas of Tupelo, MS. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Sanctuary Hospice House, P.O. Box 2177, Tupelo, MS 38803.
