He is survived by: his children, Josh Chappell (Amanda) of New Albany, MS, Jackie Chappell (Alexis) of Amory, MS and Amanda Chappell-Coulter (Shane) of Malvern, AR; and his close friend Lu Anne Evans of Pontotoc, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
