He is survived by: his daughter Autumn Hale (Corey); his granddaughters, Heidi Rose Hale and Bristol Hart Hale; his siblings, Pam Carroll (Buck), Paula Harkness (Michael) and Mike Carroll; and his niece Terri Caldwell.
