She is survived by: her husband Horace Lee Kitchens, Sr.; her pet Sugar Baby (Shugg); her children, Kathy Kitchens Tutor, Horace Kitchens (Melissa) and James Kitchens (Vicky); her grandchildren, Chance Kitchens, Heath Kitchens, Karley Zachary (Adam), Lance Carter (Brooke), Breanna Kitchens, Craig Kitchens (Haley), Tristan Kitchens, Kelli Hollings (Nathan), Jameson Stewart-Kennedy and Asher Stewart-Kennedy; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Kitchens, Liam Zachary, Kennedy, Kase Carter and Kowen Kitchens.
