He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Foster and Kathleen Foster; his daughter Paula Foster Gillespie; and his brother Perry Foster. He is survived by: his wife Martha Foster; his son Chris Foster; his grandson Eric Miller; his brothers, Ted Foster (Brenda) and Rick Foster (Heather); and his mother-in-law Maxine Baldwin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
