It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Bemiss (Port Gibson, Mississippi), who passed away on March 12, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Kirby Rushing and Mary Belle Trevilion Rushing; and her husband Walter S. Bemiss. She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Keith Stagg, Kirby Rushing, Norma Norton, Barbara Spencer, Mary Ellen Henry, Deborah Thigpen and Dana Sue Martin; and her brother Doug Hooks.
