With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul H Farr Jr. (Prentiss, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Farr Sr. and Thelma Williams Farr Baxter; his stepfather Dr. Jim Baxter; and his sister Betty Kruger. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Farr of Brandon; his children, Kervin Farr (Angela) of New Zealand and Phaedra Farr Hailey (B. J.) of Brandon; his grandchildren, Paul Jackson Hailey, Paul Jacob Farr, Rebecca Farr and Elizabeth Hailey; and his great grandchildren, Victoria Farr and Lorraine Farr.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Saulters Moore Funeral Home (2714 Columbia Ave, Prentiss, MS 39474). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at the Prentiss Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Perichoresis, P.O. Box 98157, Jackson, MS 39298, or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 700 Avignon Drive, Suite D, Ridgeland, MS 39157.
