Fortenberry of Oakvale; his children, Cheryl Diane Fortenberry of London, England, Rance M. Fortenberry of Santa Rosa, CA and Steven R. Fortenberry of Santa Clara, CA; his granddaughter Cleo Fortenberry of Santa Clara, CA; his stepchildren, James C. Holland of Corinth, TX and Judy E. Lepar of Dallas, TX; his stepgrandsons, Joseph Holland, Richard Lepar and Brian Lepar; his great grandchildren, Julianan Holland, Emma Lepar and Julia Lepar; his cousins, Julian Johnston, Varane Johnston and Dorothy Johnston; and his close friends, Berwick Ostheimer and Rosa Hampton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
