He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Thomas and Myrtis Thomas; and his wife Patricia Ann Walters Thomas. He is survived by: his sons, Michael A. Thomas (Angela) of Purvis and Jerry D. Thomas of Purvis; and his siblings, Wayne Walters, Tim Walters and Brenda Walters. He is also survived by his six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
