She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Eugene Parker and Vera Mae Parker; and her sister Margaret Elizabeth Mulford. She is survived by: her husband Roger Curtis Russell; her niece Kelly Elizabeth Franklin (Howard); her great-niece Katelynn Elizabeth Franklin; her close friend Michelle Carver (Jim); and her half-brothers, Richard Parker, Jr. and Brad Parker. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
