He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Trest; his parents, Titus Trest and Pearl Trest; and his siblings, Barbara Stevens, Dwight Trest and Sammy Trest.
He is survived by: his sisters, Edna Casey (Clyde) of Metaire, Laura Breland (Dale) of Runnelstown, Joyce Simon (Bruce) of Gonzales, LA, Carolyn Gatwood of Petal and Teresa Tucker (Mike) of Lehigh Acres, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
