He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodard Russum and Jessie Mae Russum; and his sister Anna Rowell. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Russum of Purvis; his children, Tricia Russum Yawn of Oak Grove, Russ Russum (Shannon) of Spanish Fort, AL and Marc Fratesi (Lisa) of Ocean Springs; his sisters, Patsy Baylis of Petal and Beckie Berthelot of The Woodlands, TX; and his grandchildren, Tristan Yawn, Landon Fratesi (Livie), Roman Fratesi, Britton Fratesi, Rhett Fratesi and Faison Fratesi.
