He is survived by: his wife Katherine Henigan Bullock of Purvis; his daughters, Lisa Simmons (Dale) of Purvis, Kim Bullock of Cypress, Leslie Shattles (Nicholas) of Purvis, Jamie Deen (Josh) of Edmond and Brittney Miller (Sam) of Madison; his grandchildren, Sarah Simmons, Caroline Deen, Gracie Bullock, Jack Deen, Hayden Shattles, Nolan Shattles and Rowan Miller; and his sister Ann Bullock McDaniel of Houston. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
