She was predeceased by: her mother Fleta Slade; and her brothers, Wesley Slade and Stanley Slade. She is survived by: her sons, Troy H. Bass (Mindy) of Houston, TX and Dale Bass (Mandy) of Seminary; her grandchildren, Audrey Ryals and Brett Bass; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Ryals and Holly Ryals; and her brothers, Hershel Slade of Purvis, Ken Slade of Grapevine, TX and Don Slade of Portland, OR. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
