He is survived by: his wife Nicole Haddox; his children, Anthony Haddox (Amanda), William Busby (Hayleigh), Michael Bishop (Rayanne), Jeremy James, Mary Busby and Jada James; his siblings, Necie Haddox, Nancy Haddox and Billy Baker (Sherry); and his cousin Renee Bingham (Steve). He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren.
