She was predeceased by: her father Earl Pace; her husband C. B. Blaine; her son Mickey Blaine; her mother Minnie Ryle Pace; her siblings, Leah Pace Ford, Johnnie Pace Hopkins and James Pace; and her nephew Charlie Hopkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Blaine Blackwell (Fred); her granddaughter Mandy Blaine Carmack (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Tristin Fortenberry, Dalton Miller and Jasper Carmack; and her sibling's children, Pam Hopkins Swanson, Ronnie Hopkins, Barry Hopkins and Kenny Hopkins.
Memorials can be made to Griffith Memorial Baptist Church or the Children's Hospital at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
