She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Adkins; and her son Samuel L. Adkins. She is survived by: her children, Danny H. Adkins, Hattie L. Nash and Mary J. Bobbitt; and her siblings, Annie B. Todd, Beatrice Phillips, Irving Noah and James L. "Billy" Noah. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
