She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Childers and Lonna Hill Childers; her daughter Terri Hurt; and her brothers, William Obie Childers, Jackie Childers and David Childers.
She is survived by: her son Doug Hurt (Gayla); her grandchildren, Haley, Mallory and Trey Hurt; and her siblings, Reba Adair, Lyda Gates, Linda Gross, Pam Jobe (Anthony) and Mac Childers.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeal Home Email. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Heritage Chapel of the Ripley Funeral Home (1011 City Ave N, Ripley, MS 38663).
