He was predeceased by: his parents, William Perry and Mary Perry; and his brothers, Gary Perry, Homer "Tiny" Oglialoro, John "Johnny" Oglialoro and Jimmy D. Perry.

He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Perry; his daughter Mary Elizabeth Terwilliger (Cory); and his sister Mary Simmons. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
