He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis O'Neal and Nellie O'Neal; his sister Judy; his brother-in-law Robert; his grandparents, Shelby and Rosie Miller Thornhill; and his pet Molly.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Hawkins O'Neal; his children, Rebecca Anderson and Shane O'Neal; his grandchildren, Jared (Ashley), Max (Jenny), Seth, Emily (Josh) and Austin (Brynn); his great grandchildren, Stella, Amelia, Nevaeh and Dylan; and his pet Buster. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
