He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Cates Chapman; his children, Rachel Starkey (Robert) and Heather Robinson (Peter); his grandchildren, Jace Starkey, Colton Starkey and Zachery Robinson; his siblings, Danny Chapman (Rhoda), Frank Chapman (Rose), Mildred Brown, David Muffler, Michael Muffler (Arlene), Thomas Muffler (Nichole), William Muffler (Amanda), Toni Morgan, Jeannie Yates, MaryAnn Judd (Jeffery), Lorraine Dawson, Robert Cates and Alice Cates; and his sisters-in-law, Tracy McCarty (Davy) and Jo Williams (Ron).
