He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ruth Shaw; his parents, Francis W. Lee and Minnie Lee; and his siblings, Myrtle Smith, Mary Alice Ladner, James Lee, Rene Lee, Henrietta Polk, Cleveland "Buddy" Lee and Luther Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Lee (Pam), Londa Avin (Kenny Reaume) and Vonda Lee (Robert Burns); his grandchildren, Ronald Lee (Angela), Penny Larissa Keeffe (Steven), Sarah Walker (Brandon), Richard Crabtree and Caleb Avin; and his sister Dolly Fandel (Randal). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
