He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit, Sr. Rouse and Velma Rouse; and his brother Jimmy Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Cindy Hahn (Jimmie) and Billy; his grandchildren, Amy Howk (Wade), Joshua Hahn (Angelle), Brittany Eaton (Steven) and Tiffany Haney (Cary); and his siblings, Alice Hickman, Elaine Breedling and Tony Rouse. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
