He is survived by: his wife Velma Sue; his children, Jane Mann of Spanaway, WA, Georgia Mackinnon of Saucier and Tom Mann (Billie) of Saucier; and his grandchildren, James, Tara, Joseph Mann, Candy Adams, Connie and Karen Ray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
