He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Ann Plascencia (Art) of California; his parents, Barney O'Neal and Louise O'Neal of Saucier, MS; his brothers, Jeff O'Neal (Barbara) of Saucier, MS, Robert O'Neal of Saucier, MS and Paul O'Neal of Saucier, MS; his grandchildren, Christian O'Neal of Austin, TX, Makaylah and Sienna of California; and his niece Krista of Saucier, MS.
