He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walton Chaudoin and Eloise Workman Chaudoin. He is survived by: his daughter Savannah Burgy of Ohio; his stepson Jamie Bates of Maryland; his grandchildren, Lane Burgy of Ohio and Reagan Bates of Pennsylvania; his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Mary Lynn Chaudoin of Greensburg; and his sister Sherry Chaudoin of Florida. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
