He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Folkes and Izette Folkes; the mother of his children Cheryl Folkes; and his brother-in-law Tommy Mixon. He is survived by : his daughters, Charlotte Folkes and Brenda Foster; and his siblings, Willis H. Folkes (Janet) and Martha Mixon.
