He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Clippard and Avis Burleson Clippard; and his children, Jeremy Clippard and Kim Tucker. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Clippard of Shannon; his children, David Clippard (Tammy) of Nettleton, Chris Clippard of Shannon, Wesley Clippard of Shannon, Billy Clippard of Shannon, Jordan Clippard of Shannon, Zack Clippard of Shannon, Kay Clippard of Shannon and Ashley Simmons (Mack) of Shannon; and his sisters, Donna Burleson of Tremont, Pam Hand of Pontotoc and Marie Pressing (Mark) of Becker. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
