He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Houston Stamps and Margaret Nell Thurman Stamps. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Barnes Stamps; his children, Justin Stamps and Jennifer Keyes; his sister Cindy Vince; and his grandchildren, Aidan Stamps, Blake Stamps, Claire Keyes and Emma Keyes.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the American Cancer Society.
