He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Cliburn and Linnie Sullivan Cliburn; his daughter Tracy L. Cliburn; and his brothers, Kenneth E. Cliburn, Herman D. Cliburn and Melvin Burl Cliburn.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Cliburn; his daughter Carmen Elizabeth Cliburn of Silver Creek; and his granddaughter Estelle Anna Cliburn. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
