He is survived by: his children, Shawn O'Neal Gartner (Bill) of Erie, PA, Ginni O. Mitchell (Shane) of Marks and James Dudley O'Neal Jr. of Marks; his mother Mary Sue McCarty of Southaven; his siblings, Rebecca O'Neal Vanhoozer of Southaven, Jennifer O'Neal Shephard of Hernando, Randy O'Neal (Kay) of Benton, AR and William Frederick O'Neal (JoAnn) of Olive Branch; and his grandchildren, Paris Adrian Gartner, William Charles Gartner III, Charles Cody Mitchell and Kate Austin Mitchell.
