With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lawrence Odell Myrick (Soso, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Alice Hill Myrick; his son Bill Myrick; his grandson Jason Helton; his great grandchild Lake Gray; and his siblings, Opal Myrick, Virgie Myrick Mauldin, Lorraine Myrick Matthews, Flora Myrick Knight, Verlon Myrick Chancellor, Otho Myrick, Doyle Myrick, Lavell Myrick, Lowell Myrick and D. W. Myrick.

He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Helton, Rosemary Hill (Nelson) and Donna Brooks (B. L.); his grandsons, Michael Helton, Robby Gray, Randy Gray, Dr. Rich Gray, Dr. Russell Gray and Heath Hulon; and his son-in-law Joe Hulon.
