She is survived by: her daughter Tresea Smith (Charles); her grandchildren, Josh Brumfield, Tabitha Johnson, Nicholas Smith and Joshua Smith; her great grandchildren, Cody Shamblin, Paxton Brumfield, Autumn Brumfield, Asron Thompson, Lillian Johnson, Liam Smith, Kieran Smith, Aria Smith and Katur Shamblin; her brother Luther O'Neal (Judy); and her son-in-law Robert Brumfield.
In lieu of Flowers the family requests that memorials are sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
