He is survived by : his wife Barbara Hulsey (Davis); his children, Nathan Hulsey (Megan), Alison Hare (Jeremy), Kevin Smith (Natalie), Blake Wilson and Paige Anthony (Dylan); and his grandchildren, Caden Hulsey, Annaston Hulsey, Julian Richards, Caleb Smith, Aubrey Smith, Hannah Hare, Kale Hare, Gracyn Hare and Tate Hare.
