He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Dean Lawrence and Mable Iris Dodson Lawrence; his siblings, James William Lawrence, Jr. and Lorna Beth Lawrence Shouse; and his daughter Susan Elizabeth Lawrence Wolfe.
He is survived by: his wife Christie Jones Lawrence; his daughter Linda Lawrence Beeker (Scott Beeker); his grandchildren, Thomas Avery Beeker and Leea Marie Gold Beeker; and his brother David Lawrence. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery (9036 Oktoc Rd, Starkville, MS 39759). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at the Heartland Church (4020 Nazarene Dr, Carrollton, TX 75010).
