She was predeceased by: her husband Alton Gillis; her parents, Henry McClelland (Hub) and Elma Wilson McClelland; and her siblings, Louise McGinnis, Margaret Malone, Curtis McClelland and Hubert McClelland.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Williams (Tommy) of Pheba, MS, Cynthia Hunt (Warren) of Ackerman, MS and James Alton Gillis (Lynn) of Sturgis, MS; and her grandchildren, Amanda Rebaldo (Blake), Hayden Gillis (Jayne), Malinda Hunt (Mindy), Jordan Hunt and Tyler Hunt (Kristen). She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN in honor of her granddaughter, Jordan Hunt.
