We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2025, at the age of 46, Melissa Dawn Medlin (Taylorsville, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Jaxson Medlin, Carter Medlin and Macy Yopp (Garrett); her parents, Harry Wade and Kathryn Wade; her grandchildren, Jayne Yopp, Marley Yopp and Wyatt Yopp; her brother Kelly Wade (Renee); her aunts, Carolyn Cauthen (Tommy) and Jan Sullivan; and her close friends, Jessica Fergozzo, Korie Rodriguez and Marney Hand.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Pentecostal Church of Taylorsville Taylorsville, MS (125 MS-37, Taylorsville, MS 39168). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
