She was predeceased by: her husband Robert William "R. W." Shelton; her son Randall William "Randy" Shelton; her parents, Isaac Shelton and Amelia Shelton; her parents-in-law, Robert and Sadie Shelton; and her siblings, Juanita Yeager and Bud Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Shelton and Ryan Shelton of Toomsuba; her grandchildren, Tara Shelton, Tyler Shelton and Aiden Vargas of Meridian; her brother Jearold Shelton; and her sister-in-law Jeanette Newell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Webb & Stephens Funeral Homes North (7774 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Calendar Salem Baptist Church (497 Kewanee Rd S, Toomsuba, MS 39364).
