She was predeceased by : her son Rick Fontan; and her parents, Prentiss Hicks and Louise Hicks. She is survived by : her husband Owen Garrett; her son Chad Fontan (Amber); her grandchildren, Blakely, Beckett Fontan and Brianna Baker (Alexander); her great grandchildren, Millie and Hayes Baker; and her siblings, Prentiss Hicks, Jimmy Hicks and Judy Bruce (Bill). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
