We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2024, at the age of 77, Virginia Kay Kelly (Tupelo, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orbie Lee McKeown and Sammie Inez Pannell McKeown; and her sisters, Ann and Carolyn. She is survived by: her husband Larry Kelly of Fulton; and her children, Joel Kelly (Karen) of Fulton, Shaun Kelly (Shelia) of Myrtle and Beth Pennycuff (Chris Fries) of Saltillo. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
