She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Olen and Caddie Lee Butts (Hudson); her husband Freddie Joe Hollingsworth; her siblings, Oswald Butts (Louva), Marjorie Gordon (Earl) and Kay Gossett (Jack); her parents-in-law, Ruby and Barto Hollingsworth; and her brothers, Rudolph Fountain, Clell Hall, Aubrey Nicholson, Shirley (James Allen) and Harold (Marie Hollingsworth).
She is survived by: her children, Fred Allen Hollingsworth (Fran) of New Orleans, Louisiana, Dianne Hollingsworth Clemons (Mark) of Kerrville, Texas and Jane Hollingsworth Space (Chuck) of Austin, Texas; her sisters, Letha Hall and Sue Fountain; her sister-in-law Charlotte Nicholson; her grandchildren, Holly Hollingsworth Cooney (Rob), Heather Hollingsworth (Pete), Kim Hollingsworth (Melissa), Kyle Hollingsworth, Doug Clemons, Lauren Clemons Thompson (Shaun), Christopher Space (Traysi) and Carter Space; and her great grandchildren, Joey Cooney, Charlie Cooney, Maddie Cooney, Willa Thompson, Miles Hollingsworth, Anders Hollingsworth, Caleb Hollingsworth, Kason Myers-Andrews, Zadok Thompson, Ezekiel Thompson, Rose Thompson and Mei Space. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dot's honor and memory to Union First Baptist Church, Mississippi-Building Fund, or to the SALT Ministry Fund.
