She was predeceased by : her parents, Silas Waid and Ida Belle Waid; and her husbands, Palmertree and James Earl Hicks. She is survived by : her children, Donna Lewis (Bobby Ray) of Terry, MS, Jo Ann Woods of Vaiden and Bobby Palmertree (Janice) of Winona; and her siblings, Margarite Sykes of Haines City, FL, Linda Taylor of Moultrie, GA, Ethelene Lamb of Tennessee and Ed Waid (Cheryl) of Illinois. She is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
