She was predeceased by : her parents, Gerald Carlisle and Martha "Patsy" Tharp Carlisle; and her sister Patricia Ann Carlisle. She is survived by : her niece Robin Holly; her nephew Chris Holly (Jesse); and her sister Stefanie Holly (Lee). She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
