He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Mitchell and Josephine Louise Blackwell Mitchell. He is survived by : his children, Keon Jeffreys, Tia and Sonya Kearney; his granddaughter Kemyia Jeffreys; and his siblings, Bernice Mitchell, Jessica Jordan, Jerome Mitchell, Joe Mitchell, Edgar Mitchell and William Mitchell.
