She was predeceased by : her parents, William Samuel and Cora Stark (Melton); and her husband Perry Arbuckle. She is survived by : her children, Junior Arbuckle of Oxford, MS, Chuck Arbuckle (Kim) of Water Valley, MS, Roger Arbuckle (Corey) of Enid, MS, Jeff Arbuckle (Delia) of Tillatoba, MS, Ann Dorris (Darrel) of Water Valley, MS, Wanda Carter of Water Valley, MS and Teresa Sexton of Como, MS; her siblings, Charles Stark of Oxford, MS, Cecil Stark (Bessie) of Smithville, MS, Irene Jones (James) of Calhoun City, MS and Ann Mason of Texas; and her daughters-in-law, Mary Arbuckle and Lisa Arbuckle.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Seven Oaks Funeral Home, Inc. (12760 MS-32, Water Valley, MS 38965). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Henry Chapel.
