Phelps of Waynesboro, MS; and her children, Thomas Edwin Boyles (Debbie) of Waynesboro, MS, Cynthia Smith of Waynesboro, MS, Terri Musgrove (Scott) of Waynesboro, MS and Margaret Boyles of Waynesboro, MS. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
